||Hello, I am Neeta Sanders. I am a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist who has completed a 2 year program at the renowned Health Sciences Institute in London. Here I was trained on the principles of functional medicine, a science-based method that assesses the underlying causes of symptoms. I was born and raised in Hong Kong, China, where I acquired my chef skills in gourmet multinational cuisine. Aside from Nutritional Therapy,I teach cooking classes and have authored a book "Veganize & Heal Your Life". We now offer Nutritional Therapy Reports via e-mail. A customized plan for you to take and implement at your own pace. This plan will include food, lifestyle, supplement recommendations and more. There are 2 types of reports that you can choose from:
Option 1: Mini Report
With this option, you will fill out a nutritional deficiencies assessment questionnaire which I will analyze and then prescribe a list of supplements you will need to alleviate your health concerns.

Option 2: Comprehensive Report
With this option, you will fill out a nutritional deficiencies assessment questionnaire, which I will analyze and then send you a comprehensive review of your health symptoms, lifestyle, goals, a 5 day food diary, exercise and meditation routines. I will prescribe nutritional supplements and give you a food plan to follow. Plus if you so wish you will get weekly e-mail support if you have questions or concerns to guide you through each choice as you pursue your best health for up to 2 months after receipt of the report.

To start your health journey, just purchase the report of your choice via the paypal link below. Once you have purchased the report, you will be asked to complete 2 forms.
On receipt of the completed forms, you will then get a full analysis and health consultation within 7 business days.
These forms will help me to identify possible lifestyle and dietary factors which could be contributing to your health concerns, and build a picture of your health history.

- A full explanation of my understanding of your health concerns
